Wedding venues come in all shapes and sizes. What works for some brides and grooms simply wouldn’t work for others.  Luckily, Montana has venues for every type of occasion.  There are so many Montana wedding venues to adore, but here is just a shortlist of some that our clients always rave about.

Sage Lodge

A wedding venue with views that are hard to beat.  Tucked away in Emigrant, Sage Lodge sits just at the base of Emigrant Peak giving you drool-worthy views you could stare at all day.  We’ve seen everything from intimate elopements to grand 120-hundred person affairs.

Firelight Farm

Firelight Farm is a venue that gives you the best of both worlds! It’s located only a few miles from Bozeman, yet has the intimate feel of the mountains. And the revitalized rustic barn is only rustic in looks as the venue is packed with modern-day amenities. Can’t you just imagine a reception under twinkly lights and tables stacked end to end? We certainly can!

Copper Rose Ranch

Copper Rose Ranch opened in 2020 and it was a wedding venue we didn’t know Montana needed.  Adorned with antique crystal chandeliers and Barnwood interior it adds a soft, romantic touch to typically dark and heavy Montana interiors.  There are a total of 8 separate cabins on the property, as well, meaning that your guests have an easy lodging option in the middle of Paradise Valley.

Bodhi Farms

For our brides that are wanting variety in their venues, we always suggest Bodhi Farms!  Nestled in the Gallatin Mountains and alongside Cottonwood Creek, Bodhi Farms offers brides multiple places for a ceremony and reception. Along with the option to rent out Nordic Tipis! Truly your options never end at Bodhi.

Moonlight Basin

If you are on the hunt for those iconic Montana mountain views for your wedding, then Moonlight Basin should be at the top of the list.  They have a wedding ceremony spot dedicated to 360-degree mountain views! It is partially private, but as long as you don’t mind a slight off-season wedding you are in luck.

Lone Mountain Ranch

A little bit ranch, a whole lot of luxury.  The food, the atmosphere, the individual lodges, the views – there just isn’t much we don’t just absolutely adore at Lone Mountain Ranch.  If the whole package doesn’t entice you, three words just might- horse-drawn carriages.

White Raven

Only 25 miles from Missoula, White Raven boasts a modern Montana style.  We cannot help but dream of dinners spent cozied up right in front of their iconic stone fireplace.  Though if you prefer a celebration underneath those big skies they have indoor and outdoor locations for gatherings.

Star M Barn

If you are looking for an authentic Montana barn look no further! This white barn has a stunning view of the Bridgers and an upper level that leads to an uncovered deck.  (Check out that ceiling height!)  Star M Barn may be smaller than other Montana wedding venues, though we think that just invites creativity.

At this Rocky Mountain Bride shoot, Jasmine Lily transformed the Star M ground floor into a speakeasy with our Clyde leather sofa and a few well-placed vines.

Foster Creek Farm

Another white barn that our brides adore! Foster Creek Farm is located in Gallatin Valley and boasts unique views.  Along with a barn that blends elegance with Montana charm, Foster Creek has separate glamping tents and cabins that can accommodate up to 34 guests.  Our team has been lucky enough to oversee countless weddings at Foster Creek and we are always in awe of how beautiful each one is.

The Rialto

Located in the heart of Downtown Bozeman, The Rialto is a contemporary venue that you don’t often find in Montana wedding venues.  The Rialto is a historic theatre along Main Street that has been repurposed for modern times.

Whether you are having an intimate elopement or need a large space for guests to gather the Rialto can cater to it all! Our personal favorite is a dinner in their bar area – few places can give you such quaint views of Downtown Bozeman.

And one Montana wedding venue to keep your eye on…

The Montage

A new resort located in Big Sky combines grandeur like no one else.  The Montage ballroom can accommodate up to 550 guests without ever losing its cozy feeling thanks to fireside tables and views of the Spanish Peaks. It’s set to be open for the 2022 wedding season and we can’t wait to see the magic that is created there.
