    1. You’re invited to visit our showroom to get a full sense of what we offer. View a wide selection of dishware, glassware, flatware, linen swatches, furniture, and so much more under one roof. If you are not local or it’s not convenient to visit in person, visit us online! Our website is designed with you in mind. Product images along with product details will streamline your decision-making process.
  2. Create A Wishlist
    1. As you peruse our website, simply add products to your Wishlist. Once you submit your list, our team will check availability and send a formal quote. Something on your Wishlist not available for your event date? No problem, our team will provide alternatives.
  3. The Nitty Gritty
    1. Once you receive a quote, rentals will be on hold for a week. During this time, you can add or remove rentals as needed. To confirm your reservation, we ask for a signed Reservation and Terms, along with a 30% non-refundable deposit. Additions can be made at any time, as long as there is availability. Rentals may be reduced up to 20% per line item, up until 2 weeks prior to the ‘out’ date on your order. The remaining balance along with the nonrefundable damage waiver are also due 2 weeks prior to the ‘out’ date.

Our experienced team works closely with you during the planning process to ensure change requests are met, questions are answered, and the days leading up to your event are as seamless as possible. The strong relationships we have built over the past 25 years allow us to confidently refer reputable vendors, troubleshoot when necessary, and put your mind at ease that you’re in good hands.
  2. It’s Go Time
    1. The planning and attention to details will pay off when it comes to your event day. Orders are processed and double checked by our Party Rental Prep and Coordination Team. Orders are then loaded and delivered in a timely manner by our professional Delivery Crew.

      The same care is given if you prefer to pick up your order and forgo our delivery service.

  3. After The Party
    1. The days after the party are just as important as the days leading up to your event. If you have ordered delivery service, our Delivery Team will return to pick up your order. Once it arrives at our warehouse, rentals are checked in and counted. Any discrepancies are reported. From there our incredible Warehouse Staff and Quality Control & Cleaning Team step in to finalize sanitation and repackaging rentals for upcoming events. Any missing or damaged rentals along with incidentals such as excessive cleaning fees are accessed.
