TRUE WEST: Behind the Scenes of Our Tenth Lookbook
Tucked away in the rolling hills, surrounded by the mountains of Paradise Valley, lies a town lost in time. A late 1800s ghost town featuring shops, barns, a bank, a prison, and even a saloon—none of which have ever been occupied. The Yellowstone Film Ranch perfectly set the scene for the tenth edition of our lookbook, harboring the spirit of the traditional West, paired with the modern flair of Montana Party Rentals.
This edition was six months in the making and required all hands on deck. From a crew that dedicated their entire day to setting the scene, to event consultants who carefully pulled every piece from our inventory, the models who brought life and character, the florals that softened the space, and the photography team who captured it all—we couldn’t be more proud of the collaboration behind this project.

The Round Bar: A Watering Hole Reimagined
The first stop: the center of town. Surrounded by weathered wood and traditional signage, we set the Round Bar in the middle of it all. Making a statement that says “I am the moment,” the Round Bar stood as a modern touch in an old-world setting. Horses circled the scene, cowboys raised glasses, and the “Watering Hole” became more than a bar—it became a story told in a single frame.

The Saloon: Old West Meets New Light
Next came the saloon. A dark and moody space dressed in velvet wallpaper and richly stained wood paneling set the stage. Our take? A lounge that melds modern style with the wild west. Deep olives and browns with pops of vibrant floral design allow this lounge to hold its own in the space, while blending seamlessly into the atmosphere.

The Barn: A Dinner Party Worth Remembering
Finally, the barn. Timeless, charming, and warm, the long wooden table stretched across the space and set the tone for a welcome dinner. With sunny yellow accents, soft neutrals, and a pop of denim, the look was both grounded and celebratory—just like Montana itself. A dinner party for friends, family, or a couple starting their forever, the barn setting felt like a love letter.

Closing Thoughts
At Montana Party Rentals, we believe events—large or small—deserve to be celebrated with intention. This lookbook is not just a collection of images but a reminder that beauty lives in the details: the curve of a glass, the weight of a linen, the way conversation feels around a long table. Whether under the wide-open Montana sky or within the walls of a western ghost town, we’re here to help create moments that feel unforgettable.
