We Are Here to Help
WHO WE ARE
Whether intimate or grand, a backyard gathering, corporate event, or wedding, our mission remains the same – to help our clients have memorable and successful events by providing excellent service and top-notch rentals.
For the past 28 years, Montana Party Rentals has serviced Montana and surrounding areas with an extensive selection of specialized rentals. Our inventory is carefully and thoughtfully curated with you in mind. What started as a small home-based business in a garage has grown to what it is today – and we are so grateful!
Our team is committed to setting a high standard for the event industry. We want you to enjoy the process and plan your event with confidence.
Our success is based on our team of professionals and their desire to go the extra mile. We believe in the details. The details are the difference between good and great.
You are invited to visit our large showroom or plan your rentals through our website. An MPR Event Consultant is available each step of the way.

His commitment and expertise contribute to every department from the planning process months before an event, to the execution on the day of and everything in between. He leads our team with poise and always has a solution when needed.
When Cory is not triple checking every order for perfection, his time is spent with his family teaching his son the ways of the great outdoors and cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Leigh Leigh Davis

A true nature lover, Cassie thrives on adventure, whether she’s snowboarding, hiking with her dog Sage, or cooking up something delicious after a day outdoors.
