II. Create a Wishlist
To add an item to your wishlist, click the heart shaped icon found in the top right corner of each image.
To finalize quantities and details, click the heart in the bottom right corner of the page and follow all steps.
Be sure to include the exact quantity of each item you need (our team will round up to nearest case size when applicable).


III. Get a Quote
One of our Event Consultants will check availability and carefully curate your rental quote for review – you will receive a personalized email/quote from a consultant on our team. This is a great time to ask questions and make any adjustments before the order confirmation process.
Made a mistake on your initial wishlist? Not a problem – our event consultants are here to ensure that your entire experience with MPR goes smoothly.
Contact your consultant or our office at 406-586-7727 (Do not submit a new wishlist).
IV. Confirm Your Order
Everything look perfect? Once you receive your quote, we will hold your rentals for 7 days. Your signed contract and 30% deposit will secure your rentals.
Quantity Adjustments and Final Payment: As we get closer to your event date, we expect some minor adjustments. You may reduce your count on each line item up to 20%. We need all reductions three weeks prior to the ‘out’ date on your contract. If your count increases, let us know as soon as possible so we can check availability and secure your additional needs. Payment is due two weeks prior to the event date.


V. Get Your Party Started
Depending on your contract, your rentals will either be delivered to a decided upon location, or be ready for you to pick up at an agreed upon date/time.
All the details will be nailed down ahead of time to make this day go seamless. We can’t wait to be a part of your event!
VI. After the Party
The days after the party are just as busy as the days leading up to your event. If your order includes delivery service, our Delivery Team will return to pick up your order, if not, please return your order at the agreed upon date/time.
Missing or damaged rentals along with incidentals such as excessive cleaning fees will be assessed at this time.
