After a few wonderful wedding seasons, the vintage White Church Pews are retired. 9/1/2016
We have searched near and far to find the perfect pieces for our Vintage Collection. Our road trips have taken us across the Midwest, Deep South and beyond- definitely a job perk for our owner, Jill Redmon.
Jill has a passion for finding vintage elements that always have a history and a story. Often, the hunt is a story within itself.
Our Vintage Collection is constantly growing, just like the increasing popularity of vintage rentals. With more and more couples looking to Pinterest for vintage inspiration on wedding day décor, the status of vintage rentals has soared within recent years. Our advice is simple for a couple looking to incorporate vintage pieces into their wedding: pick a style that reflects who you are as a couple and use the vintage pieces as little details that tell your big story and reflect your personality.
Like we said before, every item in our Vintage Collection has a story. When you use an item from our collection for your own event, you have all the possibilities of writing a new story! The following vintage pieces are some of our favorites.
White Church Pews: These beautiful white, weathered church pews joined the MPR Vintage Collection in spring 2014. They were once in a church in Idaho! We imagine many wedding ceremonies have enjoyed the use of these amazing pews.
Beverly Smoke Chair: The history behind this chair is a little smokey…well the color at least! When MPR’s Chelle saw this chair her task was to put a name to the beautiful style. Instantly, her grandmother Beverly popped into her mind. The name Beverly Smoke stuck and it is one of our most popular styles!
Vintage China: Each vintage china plate has its own personality reflecting the time it was used. The vintage china collections include Garden and Farmhouse themes and are guaranteed to be a tabletop conversation piece, hopefully bringing back wonderful memories of using your Grandmother’s china for unforgettable family events!
Tole Chandeliers: Please bear with us, we are swooning over our (growing) collection of beautiful Tole Chandeliers. Jill found our current collection while traveling through Savannah, GA and Ashville, NC. When she bought one, she instantly needed more- and we don’t blame her. These chandeliers have Italian and French roots, adding the perfect ambiance to any event!
