“How many glasses do I need?” is a question we hear from clients on a daily basis! Today’s blog will provide some insight on how to approach choosing glassware that will best fit your event’s needs.
[When ordering glassware, we suggest a minimum of 3 glasses per person for a cocktail party. If cocktails precede dinner, you should consider the glasses needed on the tables. Depending on the setting, it might be beneficial to minimize the styles of glassware and order multi-purpose wine and bar glasses.]
Beverage Station vs. Open Bar
Beverage Stations allow your guest to walk right up and pour themselves a drink- DIY Bartender (as I call it!). Using multi-purpose glassware keeps styles of glassware minimal. Here are a few of our suggestions in regards to multi-purpose glassware:
Mason Jar: Used for everything and anything- from water to wine!
Stemless: We offer a few styles of stemless glassware, our most popular being a 16oz and 17oz stemless wine glass. 16oz is commonly used as a water glass while the 17oz can be used for mixed drinks/red wine/white wine/etc.
Open Bar: In most cases, your guests will arrive to the bar each time expecting a new, “fresh” glass. In cases like this, offering a variety of styles of glassware is typical.
Sheer Rim: Our sheer rim collection offers champagne, red wine, white wine, and water goblet.
Double Old Fashioned: Perfect glass for a mixed cocktail, soda, lemonade, etc. The ultimate bar glass.
NEW INVENTORY ALERT! The following glassware styles have recently been added to our inventory, with multiple quantities available. We are beyond excited to offer these new styles!

I love your eye for design!! Mason jars are so in (maybe a little too in?) as well an wine glasses sans the stem. I think it’s great! All my old glassware is becoming “hip” again!! haha!
Cool post!!
